What is personalized?

You give us the details—name, siblings, pets, a special accomplishment, or a goal—and Santa delivers a magical, custom letter. A personalized Nice List Certificate (with the option to add siblings). Your child's name on a special Nice or Naughty Certificate.

How to I place a personalized order?

Add items to the shopping cart. Fill out the personalization when you select an item. If you need to share additional information, contact us by email. We are happy to learn more about the needs of each child.

What items do you offer?

We create personalized Santa letters to bring joy to your little ones. These are great gifts for grandparents to send to grandkids. We also have naughty and nice certificates, Santa's Nice List, sleigh bells, Santa's missing glove and more for Christmas. We also have subscription letters for children. In this busy digital world, children are missing out on letters in the mail. We help fill that empty spot and help children interact with the almost forgotten method of personalized letters.

We ship by US Postal Mail. Our goal is to get every letter sent as soon as possible. Many letters go out on the day that they are ordered. We have to stay ahead of the Christmas Rush!
