Joyful Letters was started for the Christmas Season. It has expanded to provide educational ideas for Preschool and Kindergarten classrooms, daycares and homes.

As our Head of Workshop Operations, Craig is the tireless engine that keeps the North Pole running. Known for his incredible work ethic, he's often the last elf winding down after working long, dedicated hours, making sure every detail is perfect. Beyond his technical skills, he has a genuinely huge heart for children, which is why he works so hard: he knows the importance of the magic of Christmas. Craig is incredibly helpful to all the other elves and a constant, cheerful presence in the workshop.

Carolyn is Santa's dedicated helper, working tirelessly behind the scenes to spread Christmas joy and create magical moments for children and families. With a heart full of holiday spirit and years of experience working with children, Carolyn ensures each and every personalized letter from Santa is filled with warmth, love, and a touch of magic. Carolyn's cheerful nature and attention to detail make her the perfect elf to help bring the enchantment of the North Pole to life.
